At ilarna, we let our Personal Assistants set hourly rates based on their unique skills, expertise, and qualifications. So, whether you’re looking for companionship, assistance with daily tasks, or specialised care, ilarna can help you find the perfect match.

Where does your money go?

We ensure that our Personal Assistants are paid fairly. Providing invaluable support, their hourly rate begins at £15 per hour to ensure they’re compensated fairly for the reliable and high-quality care they provide.

But that’s not all. You see, we understand the love and hard work that goes into caring – that’s why we ensure 100% of the fees go to your Personal Assistant and add a £5 service fee plus VAT. In short, there are no hidden fees.

Why do we work like this? Well, by bypassing traditional agency fees, we can reduce the price and help make reliable, high-quality care more accessible to those in need.

How we track your loved ones' care

We’re committed to ensuring your loved ones receive exceptional care that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations. After each care session, we’ll send you a ‘Happiness Report’ detailing your loved one’s health, mood, and any changes in their environment.

With features like clock-in and clock-out alerts, you’ll always feel connected to your care team, knowing exactly when they’re there and if there are any delays. This transparency is the cornerstone of trust, fostering a lasting bond between you and your dedicated Personal Assistant.

We understand the importance of catering to your unique care needs, so when you sign up with ilarna, our platform will match you with experienced and available Personal Assistants in your area.

However, if you don’t immediately find someone suitable, don’t worry. Our Customer Experience Team is here to lend a helping hand. We’ll reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss your needs further and find a Personal Assistant, especially for you, at no extra cost.
